HEAD OF MARKETING

UBR is a well-established specialty brand with fast-growing sales in Europe and North America. Your job is to make sure the target consumer understands who we are and what we can do for our consumers. The UBR brand has a unique position among those who already have experienced our products, and we need to establish this position with a broader global audience. Most of our sales come through a highly skilled network of independent retailers. Your focus is to recruit a broader audience, both for our valued retail partners and for our DtC-sales.
Key responsibilities:
Consumer Marketing –
- • Develop and execute global consumer marketing plans
- • Manage budgets in line with the brand and financial requirements
Digital and Social Media Marketing –
- • Develop, optimize and execute global digital and social media marketing strategy
- • Content planning, copywriting, campaign set-up and reporting
- • Analyze all digital initiatives in a systematic way
E-commerce –
- • Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy
- • Promote and drive online sales
- • Optimize our entire consumer service approach
- • Analyze all initiatives in a systematic way
Experience/skills required:
- • University degree in the field of Marketing or similar academic background
- • +3 years of work experience in consumer Marketing
- • Strong verbal & written communication skills
- • Working language is English
- • Expert skills in Social Media Management and digital marketing tools
- • Experienced with both the setup and operations of e-commerce platforms
Personality/competencies required:
- • Creative, enthusiastic, and positive
- • Strong organizational, analytic, & project management skills
- • Ability to thrive in a fast paced & hands-on environment
- • Independent and solution-oriented
- • Team-player with social intelligence, great listening skills and open-mindedness
- • Storytelling and copywriting skills
- • Passion for consumer product, textiles, or fashion
