On our webstore it’s possible to pay with credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple and Google Pay. If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment will be made via our partner Saferpay a specialist in secure online transactions. Your credit card information will not be stored in our system.
We recommend use of credit card but would you like to make a direct international transfer instead please mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you detailed instructions
All prices are including local VAT which is paid in full by UBR.
Our brand model is built on beautiful styles that stay in fashion regardless of short term trends. Our favorites stay in line and we never do seasonal sales or discounts.

Delivery & Shipping Costs
Free shipping is always included in all purchases. We will work with one of our logistics partners to deliver directly to the address you provide.
Your order will be shipped on the next working day (no shipments on Saturday and Sunday). When your goods are shipped you will receive a confirmation mail with tracking information. We reserve the right not to accept orders if we are, for example, unable to obtain authorization for payment.
Worldwide delivery is done by UPS with the exception of Norway (PostNord) and Sweden (DHL)
Will my package be charged with custom and import fees?
Our prices includes all applicable shipping, customs, duties & taxes. That means no additional charges on delivery (Incoterms DDP)

Can I claim a tax refund on a purchase that I made on your site?
Unfortunately, we cannot assist you with this matter. Please contact your local tax agency and they should be able to help you. All information regarding VAT is included in the order confirmation that comes with your order.
What’s your delivery time?
In most cases, all orders should be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on location. EU orders are normally delivered within a business week.
All EC transactions are done through UBR’s EC VAT no: SE 502 0704 9520 and include local VAT rate.
All Norwegian transactions are done through UBR’s Norwegian VAT registration NO 991 754 512.
All other markets are delivered all taxes and duty paid (Incoterms DDP).

Guarantee and claims
I have damaged my jacket – what can I do?
If you’ve bought your product from one of our partners, please contact the store where you purchased the product. Bringing the jacket to the store where it was bought is therefore the best course of action so it can be inspected physically. The staff have good knowledge of our products and will be happy to help you. They also know good local tailors that can help you mend the jacket. If it is a matter of warranty, the store will contact us directly.

UBR satisfaction and fit guarantee
We always offer a 15-day satisfaction and fit guarantee. Goods may be returned as long as they are unused, in perfect condition and with original packaging. If you wish to return an item, please reach out to us at email@example.com.

We only use the very finest materials and parts, our assembly process is very precise and delivered quality is on very high even level. In addition our design, development and test process are driven by long product life and continues improvements also helping to keep very high even quality.
Any problem with a garment is handled through the store where you bought it. The staff at our partner stores are product experts and will do their absolute best to solve the issue promptly. Please bring the proof of purchase and your jacket, and the staff will kindly help you.
If you purchased your garment through UBR.no, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get quickly back to you. We are fair with any warranty issues and will as a minimum follow the national rules for each marked, but will also extend this when fair.
Goods may be returned within 15 days of receipt as long as they are unused, in perfect condition and with original packaging. For holiday shopping through december, return dates are extended throughout January.
Used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified, or damaged items will not be accepted. Leave all price tags and original packaging in place and package the unused product well before returning it. You are responsible for the product until such time as we receive it.
We will return the full invoiced amount. Return shipping costs are not refunded. Refunds usually take 30 days from the time we receive the product
How to return your purchase:
Please contact us at email@example.com before you return any goods in order to receive a return number. The email must contain product description, size and color. The return document must be added to the return with clear indication on the box.
